☀️ Last Days of Summer ☀️
With Labor day behind us, we are officially witnessing the close of Summer. Here in LA, our Summer continues well into October where we'll get the best sunsets of the year. This week we got some rain thanks to El Niño and a beautiful double rainbow!

That said, it's already cooling off up in Washington and the leaves will commence their autumnal shift on the East Coast shortly. I've already started looking at Halloween jack-o-lantern plates to prep for my fav holiday. 🎃
My family and I went lakeside camping a few weeks ago nearby at Bonelli Bluffs, and it was a much-needed getaway. The campsite is covered in grass, unlike any campsite I've ever seen. Its perfect for Bella to play ball or just hang out doing her favorite thing sitting in the grass with the breeze in her hair. I'm convinced that Cali has some of the best camping due to the climate but mostly there's not a lot of insects like one might experience in Georgia.
There is tons of wildlife there even though it's only an hour away from the heart of LA. Bella was up most the night defending our tent from possible raccoons, coyotes, and loud snores from neighboring tents, so we didn't get a lot of sleep unfortunately but it was certainly worth it overall.
