Q: Why is White Buffalo Spirit a .org website?
A: White Buffalo is a registered Benefit Corp. Through our events and the choices that we make for our products, we promote awareness of environmental concerns and social justice initiatives. We also make donations to non-profit organizations from our revenue. For these reasons, we wanted to identify with shoppers as an organization.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on most of our products and for those we do not, there is free shipping enabled for orders over $125. We also offer shipping discounts and special free shipping offers through the year. Register for notifications here.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, and we're grateful to have global interest in our products. CBD skin care and personal care products ship to France, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Please check the shipping rates in your shipping cart for details.
Note that we do not offer free shipping on returns for international customers due to the associated cost.
A: Q: How long does it take to ship?
We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Skincare and personal care orders will typically ship in two business days. Clothing and accessories can may take 5-7 days to ship from the warehouse. Shipping times may vary. You'll receive a notification when your product ships with a tracking link.
Q: Do you ship CBD skin care and personal care products to Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, or North Dakota?
A: No, unfortunately, these states and a few more currently have restrictions on the import of hemp CBD. If shipping CBD to your state is prohibited, the order will be restricted at checkout. More states are recognizing the powerful antioxidant properties of CBD and permitting the sale of these product every day. If you find that we are incorrectly excluding your state from shipment due to changes in the law, please notify us.
If you are in one of these states, perhaps speak up and tell your legislators that you do not agree with their policies and to permit sales of full spectrum hemp CBD products. Alternatively, you may also order from a legally-sanctioned location. Our objective is to support safe-access to healing, plant-based products worldwide.
