If you are located in the US and dissatisfied with the CBD skincare or personal care product for any reason, simply return the product using our free return shipping label for a full refund.
When we make the switch to simpler, more natural skincare ingredients, sometimes our skin needs time to adjust and possibly even detox.
Give Yourself and Your Skin Time: Give your skin (and our skin care or personal care products) a couple of weeks find equilibrium. Many of us will experience blemishes or other types of shifts in the feel or appearance of our skin when we change formulas. This doesn't necessarily mean the product isn't a good fit for you.
Natural Scent: We use simple ingredients that work. We don't use synthetic fragrances that can cause allergies or even migraines for some users. The scents that you smell in our products are likely derived from essential oils selected for their medicinal properties. If you have sensitivity to natural essential oils, please evaluate the ingredients and decide if this is the right product for you before purchasing.

Opened Products:
If you are unhappy with the product that you ordered and would like to return said product, please notify us within 30 calendar days so that we can issue you a refund minus any applicable shipping costs. We'd appreciate any feedback on why you are returning the product if it can help us better serve our customers. Once you return the product packaging using our free-return shipping label (mainland USA only), we will finalize the refund.
Unopened Products:
If you are unhappy with the product that you ordered, please promptly notify us within 15 calendar days so that we can issue you a refund minus any applicable shipping costs for the return of the product. Product packaging must be in original state of quality and safe for reshelving.
Outside the United States:
If you are unhappy with the product that you ordered, please notify us within 15 calendar days so that we may issue you a refund minus any applicable shipping costs. We'll ask you to return the packaging to us so that we can recycle or upcycle the packaging when it is received.
Returns of Clothing and Accessories:
We select the highest quality products to sell on our store. If you find something wrong, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
Need a Different Size: Before purchasing, please check the provided sizing chart for guidance. We will accept the return of unworn, unused clothing and accessories within 30 calendar days to be exchanged for another size. Ask us for a free return-shipping label (USA mainland only).
Defects: If you find that you purchased products from us that don't meet our high quality standards, please contact us to discuss the best solution to meet your needs.
Other Reasons:
If for any other reason, you'd like to return unworn or unused clothing or accessories, please notify us so that we can issue you a refund minus shipping costs.
