Thank You for My Healing

Thank You for My Healing

Strength & Vitality Crystal Grid

For this week's Tune-In Tuesday, we are looking at one of our favorite topics - healing.

For those who address ongoing health issues due to an autoimmune disease for example, it can be difficult to visualize healing because after prolonged exposure to illness, one begins to forget what it feels like to be healthy.

One can start to call in healing energies, by saying "Thank you for my healing." It would be ideal at this point to imagine feeling good and doing something very inspiring. If this visualization is challenging, consider thinking about what you would do if you were to reach your health goals.  Would you go hiking, visit your family, or would you be succeeding in business free of migraines or stomach issues that usually inhibit productivity.

This visualization process and using your imagination can support you in aligning with the greatest version of yourself. Even if it feels a little funny to try, you have nothing to lose by doing so -- give it a chance?

Guided meditations can be great to show you an approach, and if you love crystals as much as we do, then you'll be interested to try our newest Vitality and Strength crystal grid.

This design by our founder artist Courtney Freeman is inspired by the Rod of Asclepius, the symbol of healing. While the symbol itself holds energy, the activated crystal grid working in conjunction with your intentions can be even more effective because the crystal combinations that you use may have healing frequencies.

Also, energy gridding is a practice that you can reach for when those you care about are encountering illness, it doesn't have to be your own health that you are focusing on. Reiki energy healers sometimes offer remote healing sessions to support energy flow and unblock chakras. Sending prayers or hopes for healing or visualizing your loved ones feeling good can be a boost (there is some science behind this).

With this grid pictured, we used serpentine crystal as a compliment to the serpent energy or life force energy associated with the symbol. Amethyst is used for way stones to help conduct the energy and create a grid or energy field. Other healing crystals to consider prehnite and epidote combinations if you are  healer yourself, and then consider crystals that help with emotional concerns that can lead to illness like blue appetite, which can help resolve sorrow or anger.

These are metaphysical practices that we are discussing here. We don't claim to know how they work, but we've experienced some remarkable energy sensations and experiences in working with crystals, energy grids and healing modalities. These suggestions are not a replacement for seeking medical guidance from an expert.

We wish you abundant health, wellness, and vitality for 2019 and beyond! Happy healing to all!

Crystals Are Electric

Did You Know That Crystals Are Electric?!

Crystals Are Electric

Yes, it’s true! Crystals can create electrical current. Scientists call it “piezoelectricity.”

Discovered by Pierre and Paul-Jacques Curie in 1880, a piezoelectric current may be created by applying pressure along specific axes to certain types of crystals such as quartz, tourmaline, and topaz.

This piezoelectric technology found some traction during World War I with sonar devices. Piezoelectric crystals can eloquently carry frequency of sound.  In some cases, so much so that the sound won’t be heard by the human ear because the frequency is too high.

In other cases, piezoelectric crystals can be used to convert audio from a microphone into a current. This is the opposite of how this current works with a record player. When we’re listening to vinyl, there’s a tiny piezoelectric crystal at the end of the needle that vibrates from reading the grooves in a spiral route around the record. This electrical signal is translated by our stereo speakers.

Fascinating stuff huh? Join us for the next Tune-In Tuesday, and we’ll try to blow your mind again with the wonders of the cosmos.

What Do You Want? 3 Questions to Ask Yourself on Tune-in Tuesday

TUNE-IN TUESDAY

As we commence the holiday season, things are pretty hectic. Especially for those of us who work in eCommerce ;).

We are all trying to present ourselves in the most beautiful light as we reconnect with friends and loved ones. Then there's the hustle to prepare gifts and decorate, even though we try our best to make this an enjoyable process.

This Tuesday, in the midst of it all, take a moment for yourself to relax and reflect on what you want. What will make you happy?

The "holy days" or holidays as we know them, correspond to the winter solstice in the Northern hemisphere. At this time of Yule, we are exhausted from the fun of the summer and from the harvest of our crops. This is a time to relax and reflect on the year while we process all that has corresponded.

As nature retreats from the cold and winter's sleep sets in, we can get cozy with a cup of hot tea and a blanket that we knitted as a child with our elders. Hold that vision of deep relaxation and consider these three questions...

1) What if?

By asking "what if..." you open your imagination to the possibilities and set an energetic vibe to attune with universal laws of creation. Is there something you want to accomplish or someone who strikes your fancy?

What if that were possible? What would it feel like to take a walk with that special someone on the beach hand-in-hand and ponder existence?

What if you could certify in your profession and further establish yourself as respected industry player?

Asking "what if," keeps you in touch with your inner child. The one who isn't stressed out; the one who likes to make cartwheels down a hill in the yard.

2) What does Success mean to me?

If you feel yourself going dark here because success has been elusive, pause and think about a moment where you have achieved your goals in the past. What did that feel like? Who was there. What steps did you take to get there? How did you celebrate your accomplishment?

The way that you measured success in the past may not suit you now. Reconsider what success means and think about how you might achieve your version.

What would it feel like to hit that endurance marker when training for a 5k?

3) What truly makes me happy?

When you were working through the first question, you might have felt a mood boost. This is the feeling that we want to harness and expand. Focus on that feeling and try to physically send out a vibration from your body like an antenna. Imagine those waves rippling through space.

Our imagination helps us to create our future and determine what direction we wish to take. When we express that feeling of security and contentment, we are better aligned with the feelings we want to have and that can shape our future experience.

Take a second to write down three things that you want to experience this holiday season. Then say out loud "And so it is."

By creating this space for yourself, you are more likely to achieve your dreams, discover what makes you happy and identify exactly what you want.

Thank you for joining us for Tune-In Tuesday.
